    1. Items must be in original condition: Unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Please try on items with care, ensuring they remain free of scents or marks.

    3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise to be eligible for an exchange.

    4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
